All participants must apply through the official Since AI platform:
https://sinceai.app/events/since-ai-hackathon-2026
Creating a Devpost account, joining this Devpost page or creating a project submission does not guarantee admission to the onsite event.
Participation is free, but capacity is limited. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and early applications may receive priority.
Participants should not make non-refundable travel arrangements before receiving an official acceptance confirmation from Since AI.

Team formationParticipants may apply without a pre-formed team.
Accepted participants will receive access to official community channels and team-formation opportunities before and during the event.
The recommended team size is two to five participants unless a challenge specifies otherwise.
Every competing team member must be officially accepted, attend the event onsite and be listed in the final submission.
Project submissionsThe complete official project submission must be delivered through the Since AI platform according to the participant instructions and official event schedule.
Teams must also create and submit a corresponding Devpost project entry before the Devpost deadline.
The Since AI platform submission is the primary and complete competition entry.
Devpost serves as:
-
A secondary submission record
-
A public project showcase
-
A way to present non-confidential project information to the wider developer community
The Devpost entry may be a concise public version of the project and may refer or link to materials submitted through the Since AI platform.
Teams participating in confidential, proprietary, regulated or security-sensitive challenges must not publish restricted information. A non-confidential public summary may be used instead.
Challenge-specific confidentiality, intellectual-property and disclosure requirements must always be followed.
Public voting and judgingPublic voting will take place through the official Since AI platform, not through Devpost.
The five eligible projects receiving the highest number of verified public votes will advance to the final-stage presentation.
The official jury will select the overall and special-award winners based on the published judging criteria.
Each relevant challenge partner will separately evaluate eligible projects submitted within its challenge and select the Company Challenge Winner.
Public voting does not independently determine the overall winner.
